Hm.

The base dress uniform of the VVS is (naturally) based off the dress uniform of the original Soviet Air Force, though in dark gray instead of olive green or khaki. Ultimately, I think the Reds would take pity on A.C. and just let her wear a Soviet Rose pin somewhere visible. Or for the comedy option, replace the SHIELD cap with an ushanka (with appropriate insignia). Your call. Wink
