I do like the idea of there being more Unreal Estate in the setting. We've already established that this was one of the things that got the Earthside governments upset with people who went Up, but so far we've only seen The Island and Grover's Corners as examples, and two examples isn't nearly enough for the response that the idea gets is Washington. (I was going to comment that 10 acres seems pretty big for the Leonardo, but then I double-checked and saw that Grover's Corners is 250 acres, so no problems there.)
I have no objection to any of what you've posted so far...
