In Fenspace, *.lib is reserved for installations location in the libration points - L1, L2, L3, L4, and L5 - usually but not always the Earth-Luna libration points. Stellvia was the first station to open at L5, so it's been using "stellvia.lib" for years. (It's also the registrar of record for the *.lib top-level domain.)
