I just added a couple of templates to the wiki, which allow for better positioning of the Table of Contents box... and, more importantly, to get text to wrap around the contents box. Use {{TOC left}} to put the contents on the left-hand side of the page (where it usually shows up), or {{TOC right}} to put it on the right-hand side of the page.
