Roskosmos logo is good - Russian law places it out-of-copyright.
CNSA, NSPO, NASA, and JAXA logos are copyrighted. We didn't have the NASA logo; I've removed the others.
Wikipedia claims the Indian Space Research Organisation logo "does not meet the threshold of originality needed for copyright protection, and is therefore in the public domain." However, they say the same thing about the Flag of Canada, which I know damn well is still under Crown Copyright, so I need an independent verification of that logo's copyright status. For now, it's still on the FenWiki.
