[RFC]Boskone attack on SerenityCon

OOC: I have no idea what or how to contribute here. Fenspace!Bob is almost certainly at SerenityCon, possibly with Peggy and Luna, simply because of his connection to the Girls. But beyond that I'm drawing a blank.  He doesn't carry weapons, and his fenship is not armed or otherwise capable of being a warcraft.

OOC: If you brought Salvage I, then you have the capability to evacuate a half-dozen civilians just before the Boskos break down the doors to the hangar bay...
