As is, Quattro would probably be subject to a forensic structual analysis at least, disarmed, and repaired.
Of course the easiest way to imprison her might be to use lots of low-tech (heavy door with lever) and keep anything that could be hacked out of range. But that would mean "no cyborgs" in the guard.
But lets not forget that there are some important parties who would like more information about her mother, so 'deactivating' her might be a bad solution.
