Sorry about that, wasn't feeling to well at the time. The main question is 'Is Quattro too dangerous to handle?'. If she is, how do you deal with her? Sadly, the easiest option is the final one. Otherwise (if she's too dangerous for Azkaban) you get to options the good guys don't normally consider, especially if Quattro happened to be biologic.
As is, Quattro would probably be subject to a forensic structual analysis at least, disarmed, and repaired.

Ahh okay... that sounds different...

Of course the easiest way to imprison her might be to use lots of low-tech (heavy door with lever) and keep anything that could be hacked out of range. But that would mean "no cyborgs" in the guard.

But lets not forget that there are some important parties who would like more information about her mother, so 'deactivating' her might be a bad solution.
