I see that everybody's assuming Quattro is (a) a Scott-series android (b) built by Agatha Clay... I'm not saying this is wrong. I'm also not saying this is right. (However, look at what BA's written for Gina's Fenspace Infinities entry and consider what a full-time Mad such as Agatha Clay or Asmodeus Grey might do with the same tech.)
I am saying, however, that I've established in With This Station-Ring and The South Is Rising (Someone Get a Hammer) that a deactivation of a Scott-series android is equivalent to the killing of a meat-type person. Even if you reactive her later, you've still destroyed the original person.
