I like it, and believe as an Australian that light level's wouldn't be that much of a concern. Heck if it was and there was enough support vehicles and spectator attendance they'd soon set up a spaced out strip of lights mostly by using the headlights. Although I wouldn't be too surprised if a bunch of light tower trailers were present. Not to mention the lighting systems that our SES & Police Rescue trucks have fitted to them.
I'm more questioning the use of leaded avgas as I don't believe it's too readily available any more. Actually I might be wrong there and it's the racing fuel that's not readily available. Either way retail wise, the highest octane you'd be able to get in unleaded is 98.
