No, leave them in. I used the "factions" table for Catgirl Industries, while Stellvia uses the "Country" table. It doesn't take too much work to change the table.
(We really need a "Corporation" table for the in-between cases like CGI, HUD, and JMC... Mal, any ideas on this?)
