Section 6.1 also overlaps with Section 1c (the Space Patrol's Logistics group). But that's okay - Special Weapons groups have different requirements than the rest of the police.
Just for consistency's sake, I'd recommend calling them Section 6a instead of Section 6.1, though. (And 6.2 would be 6b, and so on.)
