Custom Biomods are going to be an "I WANT" thing for a lot of people, if only for cosmetic reasons. So naturally they're going to be difficult, this is already established. Smile

Temporary, cosmetic prosthetics that nevertheless actually function (Andorian antennae, for example) will be popular once they're worked out. (The implications of this regarding The Oldest Profession are left as an exercise for the reader.)
