Brian/Brains is mentioned, but not met, but seeing as he is arguably the key character I don't think this is unreasonable! [grin]
Brainless is encountered, but even given his circumstances as a stand-in it's difficult to see him as a likable character.
And, Uran is centre stage. Body-swapping away. (The origin of the re-purposed sex doll is in another bit.) And, we find that Uran seems to have a way of being active in more than one place at once.
