Generally assumption on Jet wearing the suit is..... Jet's aware of putting a hand on the surface and the skin on his hand sticking as it pulls away.... then ****STATIC****. Followed by 'Oh Godwhat have I become the next morning. Jet may even have put it on under some compulsion. In general, Jet waved a hardsuit with wavium hard-imprinted to create a hardsuited Knight Saber, the hardsuit was missing one important part. The wearer. And on the images Jet used, there was no obvious distinction that the wearer was separate from the suit.
Arthur can have a second suit.... the result is a lot like what happens when you combine parts from two different action figures from the same series.... it looksbodged and hodgpodged and is only partly recongiseable.
Jet would like to have Bea as a liason.... however an important part of Jet's character is that he trains and practices to learn to control himself, both her body and her temper. Jet likely trashes any attempt at a feedback or limiter, without even trying. Jet's Panzer Kunst training is what allows him to control herself, and that doesn't happen until after Jet makes it to Mars.
Carrying passengers is tough....Jet stuggles to lift a catgirl with three engines, let alone a single thruster..... unless they can mount in place of a GoPro camera. Or use some sort of vicarious experience.
On Irish firearms law. Even airsoft AEG's are counted as full-blown firearms if they shoot a projectile at over 1J in total energy. Yes really. In theory a 2J+ airsoft 'gun' requires the same firearms license as a handgun or rifle. With the same penalties for not having it. (Which are.... unpleasant). A railgun capable of doing injuries would definitely fall into the limit. Irish firearms laws were developed because of a little problem starting in I, and ending with RA.
Given Jet's accident happened as a result of a mislabelled container, and storing a dangerous substance in a container normally used for containing consumeable liquids.... Jet might've taken the standard driving test approach to handwavium classes.
