I'm pretty sure that Arthur is more interested in industrial power frames, so, something more like a Motorslave in humanoid form, without weapons, crossed with the 'Aliens' films power-lifter.
I expect the "Bubblegum Wave" stuff will be spotted pretty early, and worked-around. A lot of Dr Stingray's stuff would be pretty useful.
Past a certain point I'm pretty sure that Arthur wont be too happy about risks to other road users from Jet's flights. Particularly if there are any accidents as people swerve to avoid Jet, even though from Jet's point of view there will be a clear miss.
From Arthur's point of view, a lot of driving is praying that no one around you does anything too stupid, as you desperately hope you'll survive (no, he isn't a happy driver, piloting on the other hand...). Risking your own life is one thing, risking other people's...
Bea and Matilda, on the other hand, seem to think that life is just a risky business, and you have to take your fun where you can find it.
