But also... A net. That's something else a missile can deliver. Although I'm pretty sure I've seen missile/rocket-delivered bolo nets somewhere before. Anyhow, it can be your standard missile with the payload replaced with industrial-strength silly string. Oh, and a tether. Because you need a way to haul 'em in after the fact.
