You story was done first, so I think it takes precedent, anyhow.
Trying to make (the unintelligent) magical creatures and plants might suit some people. Trying to make a HP theme park would be... tacky, and I'd hope they'd avoid that.
I think there'd be a major effort to make a place for catgirls in the Wizarding World. How people tried to fit it into the HP paradigm... As a Death Eater curse? As Polyjuice gone wrong? As a new sort of flawed animagus?
I don't know, and I'd be interested in suggestions.
