Roughly 1.3% of the Federation’s population (roughly 36,000 people in the 2022 estimate) have undergone handwavium biomodifcation. 45% of Trekkie biomods are one variety of Klingon or another, another 40% are Vulcanoid modificationsVulcans and Romulans being only barely distinguishable physically per canon; Romulans throw better parties. and the remaining 15% are divided between Andorian, Catian, Bajoran and Cardassian biomods.

I would include a "and other" in the list of "remaining Biomods".
