Would it work if they domed over six to eight major craters at either the lunar north or south poles, using engineering experience developed from building Kandor? They'd be setting up a linked set of cities and bio-domes to provide a place to serve as their capital and farmland while looking to the outer system for a less exposed moon or planet to serve as their new homeworld. Maybe looking at completely enveloping the kupiter/trans-neptunian object Eris once their population really starts coming up?[/i]
