I'm no expert... but I had a whack at it. Did a few minor tweaks and the build is at the defensive soft cap for Melee and AoE, and almost there for Range.
Just one word of advice... DataChunk. Please.
What I changed:

Max HP: 112.4% 113.1%
EndRec: 184%(3.34/s) 189%(3.42/s)
EndUse: 1.13/s 1.12/s
MaxEnd: 108.4% 108.4%
Haste: +42.5% +27.5%
ToHit +6% +6%
Acc. +43% +31%
Damage: +10.5% +10.5%
So as you can see by stacking the numbers beside each other, my suggested build, while hitting the soft-cap of 45% has taken a minor hit on Attack speed and accuracy. The advantage is it a marginally cheaper to build and easier run endurance wise.
With that build, unless you are willing to hack it with a chainsaw... I don't see how you can get much better. You've got a very tight and well designed build there. It's up to you which you go for... hit more often but take in more damage, or be dodge almost everything and whiff slightly more often.
Maybe someone else can have a go at this.

Just one word of advice... DataChunk. Please.
What I changed:
- Repulsing Torrent into Body Body. This was to allow the slotting of Razzle Dazzle. 2.5% Melee, 2.5% AoE. And being a Brute... 2.5% End Rec. 1.5% HP bonus is just gravy.
- Focus Fighting changed to Serendity IOs - less the End/Rech IO. It's a toggle and recharges fast enough so if you want you can swap the Endurance IO for the End/Rech. Why take out the Luck of the Gambler? You don't need the token 3% Pis defense from the LotG set, And Serendity as a 1.25% AoE boost, as well as the other gravy boosts from LotG for a Brute (Regen, HP, Acc.) except in a smaller amount.
- Evasion changed into Serendity IOs - less the End/Rech IO. Same reasoning as Focused Fighting.
- Moved the now free 40 slot from Focused Fighting into Power Siphon
- Moved the now free 40 slot from Evasion into Power Siphon
- Moved the 36 slot from Quickness into Power Siphon. The loss in base run speed is 2.7mph. Are you really going to notice that?
- Filled the empty slots in Power Siphon with Gaussian Synchonised Fire Control for the 2.5% Positional bonus goodness. If you are going with Gaussian, go all the way.
