Dark Empathy - A Set build

Ok.  I've taken a look at her new build and have a few concerns.  First thing, is that even removing Absorb Pain, she reduced the things she wanted (Accuracy and Healing).  Currently set bonuses for those are Accuracy +37% and a 20% Healing against a 70% Accuracy and a 35% heal (29% Without Absorb Pain).  Also, the Dark -To Hit each power does is lessened, another thing she wanted.  Another thing is that the Proc from Energy Manipulator is worthless in Recovery Aura.  Downright Worthless as it does a chance for Stun.  Great in any Elec power, not an emp power.  I also noticed the 2 peices of Apocalypse in Gloom.  Unless you REALLY have inf to burn, I'd suggest something cheaper, since most peices of Apoc go for 300 Mill +.   Finally, I'm assuming that a lot of the smaller changes were made with Soloing/Small teaming in mind.  Most Emp toons don't need a high Recovery since you have Recov aura.  Those are my concerns, i understand player tendancys, but, i just felt i had to give you my 2 cents on her final build.
