The "add topic" and "add reply" buttons are the same way, though they're so ubiquitous I've still got them cached. (I'm a bit surprised the unread messages one disappeared, actually.)
The pinned topic picture is on a yuku domain, as is (oddly) one of the hot topic icons that says "EZ" on it. It's the one for closed topics that's missing. Could be others, but nothing else is really standing out. (It's mostly the "unread messages" one that breaks the layout anyway.)
If you've still got those images showing in your web browser, could you try saving it? At least for the ones I'm still showing, when I right click on it and do "save image as", it's saving it even though the image isn't actually on the server that the url ends up at anymore. Might be a better idea than relying on my backups, since I'm not sure where I left them. (Doesn't seem to be on the hd in this machine, anyway.)
Although I'm not sure there's any good way to host the images on yuku, which is part of why I didn't do it the last time this issue came up.
