Well, from what I can tell, Inform appears to be some sort of news agglomerator. I'm not sure why they would want Yuku, beyond simply expanding their customer base. I'd guess that we'll start seeing links and various sorts of 'integration' soonish. Best case, just another link up by the Facebook thing up on the top of the page, worst case, those annoying in-line text popup ads.
Also, the 'about us' page you linked lists a VP for a Yuku division, so Yuku will probably be kept somewhat separated from the rest of Inform, hopefully.
