Okay.
Berger was convicted of a misdemeanour.
Libby was convicted of a felony.
Do you not see a difference between these two things?
And while Burger was accused of perjury, he has not been convicted of it. In the American law system that means he is innocent. So in other words, these are completely different circumstances.
Not that it matters. This stinks like shit,. because it is shit. Accusing the other side of shit smell doesn't make you any better.
