Ted Rall floated a somewhat similar theory, under the title "Stupid Design." Stupid Design, he said, "posits that the chaotic and disordered nature of the universe points to an idiotic, inept, and/or lazy supernatural creator. Evolutionary biologists reject Stupid Design as science, although admitting that 'A malevolent or FEMA-like creator is an intriguing idea.'" And explains so very much. Perhaps we can get a class-action lawsuit going against God, for shoddy workmanship.
