What I find to be truly hilarious is that most of the safety features on grey-market vehicles usually exceed those of US Market vehicles... as well as our emissions requirements. Most other countries will allow a US made vehicle to be imported, but only so long as said vehicle meets or exceeds their safety and emissions standards.
So! That said, I think this could be ruled as being unconstitutional for the same reasons they're trying to make Obama-care unconstitutional. Sorry Corporate America... can't have your cake and eat it, too.
