Yeah, I made the decision I can never, ever, ever use PayPal, just because of this sort of stuff.
If things are bad enough their model requires them to do this sort of thing, they either need to rethink it, or maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't have gotten into the business to begin with.
It's literally only a matter of time, from what I can see, before they screw over a LARGE charity, and invite the scrutiny that they so richly need. "Oh, hi, we've taken a good, long look... you're a banking institution, here's the book of regulations you need to now follow." *sound of desk shattering as a large tome is dropped onto it*
