All the news that's fit to be blocked by court order

I am reminded of a similar case in Canada a few decades ago - the national broadcaster was served with a court order forbidding them to air an interview which would have been embarrassing to particular powerful people. The broadcaster complied ... and filled the air time by reading the court order, verbatim.

Would that work in Ireland in this case?
