I'm a believer in simplicity, myself, so I'd personally go for something a little less... complex. But again, that's my aesthetic bias - I prefer stuff with fewer colours and fewer visual elements.
If I have time later I might throw something up, tho I can't count on that. Busy-busy-busy...
