Since the infiltration of Kumogakure and its allies into Paragon City and the Rogue Isles seems to be spreading, I thought I'd just post a reminder (and a scorecard, for those watching at home).
Specifically, How To Figure Out Whether Or Not That Was An A-Ranked Mission.
Criteria:
1) "Beat up N of gang X at random on the street" missions are Class D. So are "Patrol this zone" missions.
2) Instanced missions are class C.
3) If the mission fulfills two or more of the following criteria, add one rank. If it fulfills four or more, add two ranks. 6+, add 3 ranks.
3a) Named Enemy
3b) The named enemy is a Boss and not a Named Lieutenant
3c) Multiple Doors Involved
3d) Opposition of level 20 or above
3e) Opposition of level 30 or above
3f) Opposition of level 40 or above
3g) Reaching mission location requires passage through a zone populated primarily by mobs that con as Orange or higher for everyone on the mission team
3h) Mission takes place in a Hazard or PVP zone

3i) Elite Boss / Archvillain opposition
3j) Bank Robbery / Mayhem type mission
TFs/SFs ignores this and are considered as a whole. TF/SF for max character level of 25 or less are considered to collectively constitute an A-class mission. Max character level of up to 40 constitutes an S-class mission. Max character level above 40 constitutes an S+ mission.--
