Thibor is Invulnerability/Super Strength, not energy; and is rarely, if ever, annoyed at blasters who charge headlong and have said aforementioned heads handed back to them.
As far as him being annoyed or not - C'mon, Thibor is ALWAYS annoyed at something! And if he isn't, he's pretending just to keep up appearances. ^_^
