The trainer's name is Mirror Spirit. She's Foreshadow's sidekick. I actually got to fight her in Scirocco's patron arc. I couldn't tell what her attack was because it was too fast and furious at the time, but a bunch of mirrors were circling her while we were beating her down. Looked pretty cool. One of the other police radio contacts in Faultline is a cop named "Kowacchio", which is a mixing of Kowalski and Vecchio's names (Fraser's two partners).
I think the apartment complex is the Pinnacle Apartments that you see advertised throughout Paragon city.
