The idea of a hero forgetting they have their powers turned on is just absolutely HILARIOUS for the meta-humour; we've probably all been pissed at some
point with a loon running toggles in crowded areas. Like Wentsworth/Black Market.

That's just a fantastic way of riffing on it for 'in character' consequences. Genius.
