The Infamous are indeed not tightly organized, and have no Megalomanical Supervillains bent on World Domination, or other such crap. And for the most part they
kinda get along with the Legendary at times. Or at least Inari, Sachie and Ankh are all on good terms with Terr. It might just be him, it -is- Terr.
