And in the thread, discussion abounded about the 'fallout' there would be from the detonation of a device with similar energy to a Davie Crocket (experimental man-portable nuke - 0.5 KT, launches like a big RPG)... all the usual alphabet-agencies going nuts over something that does that with no fallout?
