You sure about that? I can think of at least three perfectly humanoid robots that appeared in Buffy.
That said, I think this is a pretty cool idea...

To be honest, I haven't seen all that much of Buffy.  Seriously though, there are humanoid robots in Buffy?  Huh.

John Ritter gave a disturbingly creepy performance in the Season 2 episode "Ted" as an android who acts like Ward Cleaver in public, but becomes much more sinister in private.
