At the end of Ch5, there, where Hell Sakura takes out Neji and tells him that he can't escape destiny, it just didn't mean what he thought, being a slave to the Caged Bird seal... She just pulled off Snakepants' body swap, to get out of the hole Neshan dug her with his poison, didn't she?
Even if not... it still can't possibly be anything even remotely good.
