Sailor Ranko and some of the sequels written by other people can be found at www.burgerbill.com though.
Oh, and The Best Sailor Moon Fanfiction on the Net seems to be on the IA too...
www.moonromance.net is a good site for quantity, if not necessarily quality, though their site organization leaves something to be desired in a number of respects... (And I'm also not sure all the fics I remember being there are still there. >.> )
