My own cultural sensibilities are basically Chinese. Well, Singaporean Chinese. I act mostly like a Westerner, but there's...little things. F'example, I consider it perfectly acceptable to just give someone money for their birthday (provided they're younger than you, and that said money is in a red packet). I understand giving plain cash is terribly crass by other cultural standards. =)
I think the whole butt-poking thing is...well, er. Yeah. Rampant molestation, much? Most Chinese societies would agree. Malays and Indonesians would freak. Arab Muslims would freak even more. And so on...
I'm not sure whether it's a problem in the context of the story. We have no real idea how the Narutoverse considers such things... though I'd err on the side of ninja not batting an eyelid. I mean, this is a society that gives girls courtesan training, presumably, one steeped in violence and far more nasty forms of abuse. Then there's also Sakura's reaction to consider, in the canon anime episode. Haven't read the manga, but she seems more disturbed by the fact Kakashi dressed it up in such grandoise language...than the act itself.

That doesn't really matter, since you've already written it, and it is funny. It's a take on the matter I've never seen a writer do before. If it's something you want to explore, and something you want to make a plot element of...
