With the page flipped over, I must apologise for posting a link to some other jerk selling prints of that painting (the nude with cherubs blowing bubbles) on etsy and note that this appears to be the artist's own web site:
http://www.berzinsh.lv/images/share/405 It also puts a copyright date of 1999 to the present on the page, which could be the site as a whole but is also plausible for the painting itself. So definitely not "hundreds of years ago," but last century at least
