1) The Scoobies save SG1 from their unimagnitive miltary minded screwups.
And less commonly:
2) SG1 saves the scoobies from their amateur trust to luck screwups.
If Litmouse can avoid both pitfalls, more power to him.

I must admit that, given the way the Scoobies have approached and reacted to this situation, I was very actively hoping for something more along the lines of:

"No secret can be kept forever; the more you have, the more aware of that you become.
