Not quite... it's DW/Stig/Viewaskewniverse, specifically Jay and Silent Bob, with Doug as Jay and the Stig as Silent Bob. The Viewaskewniverse movies (warning, TVTropes link!) are loaded with references to Star Wars (as well as many, many other things).
