Slightly off-topic, but this is the best place I know to ask.
There's a "Guess the Character" game over on the GURPS forum of the Steve Jackson Games forums - one person posts a loose writeup of a fictional character, everyone else guesses who it is, and whoever guesses right gets to post the next character. I've got two right out of the last five. and I'm running out of characters (I try not to repeat works of fiction) - the last one I could think of is post #2645 in that thread. So... Anybody want to stat up one of the Ponies for me in GURPS terms, in case I get another character right tomorrow? I don't have my books with me unfortunately, but I can tell you off the top of my head that Pinkie would have Danger Sense with the Uncontrollable and/or Unconscious limitations (whichever one or both best fit her Pinkie Sense. I don't remember the exact details or the writeups but I do remember that they were closely related.), Weirdeness Magnet, and that version of Gizmo that lets you pull things from alternate realities (she had a foam #1 hand, when she was away from all her stuff on a city made of clouds.). Also, probably a cosmic level power that lets her bend the rules (to do things like keep up with Rainbow Dash, or talk to the audience.), but only when it would be funny. I hope that can get you started.

Timote and Wiredgeek are right. It is a truly awesome story that can take a two dimensional character you dislike, and transform them into someone you like/empathize with. I suppose I was a little overblown, but it was honestly a surprise to see. My brain never considered that they would exhibit any carnivorous tendencies whatsoever, even with the fact that they eat baked goods which contain eggs as a major ingredient. I see horse/pony, I think herbivore.
...and now I'm trying to remember the contents of various meals seen in the show. Great. Of all the parts to be fixated on...

Thanks for saving me the time I would have spend watching back episodes regarding the pigs. Thinking back on the whole carnivore issue, it shouldn't have been a surprise. We have known for a while that fluttershy raises chickens (stare master) and the only thing they produce are eggs. I think the eating meat thing is a new thing for season two. I remember reading a post made by Lauren Faust saying that the ponies only used the pigs to find truffles, and that they didn't eat them (the pigs, they did eat the truffles). The meat might just be because one of the showwriters considers it to be part of a stereotypical breakfast, and didn't think the implications all the way through.
