Thinking about the Pillar Men in JoJo, they are kinda like those guys in Steve Stirling's recent Urban Fantasy, so natural crossover.
That, combined with 'Nasu is a Japanese Stirling'. The Tosakas apparently have minor vampire ancestry. Writer's choice whether Rin gets a Stand from Edelfeldt research (because Finns and Stirling), or from Archer having seen one of the arrows.
Worse still, the Counter Guardian in Fate turns out to be a product of a Zelretch project involving breeding across dimensions for traits of Pillermen, Stirling 'vampires', and certain other types of extinct vampire which pop up as atavistic sports in human populations.* Set a threat to humanity to catch a threat to humanity.
W.I.T.C.H./Marvel Sudden fatality results in Will inheriting Latveria.
*Pillermen don't do this. They make vampires, for consumption, using the stone masks. The masks activate parts of the brain, so one might think that genetic abnormalities might be able to do the same thing.

One idea is Gama from Gamaren, and Kirito from Sword Art Online. There is also Onime Kyo from Samurai Deeper Kyo (for Sakura) and Edajima Heihachi. One of the bad guys needs to be the original Yasunori Kato.

Edajima Heihachi was 10-20, IIRC, during WWII, so he would still be under a hundred at the time of SAO. He would certainly be still alive. If he was in the game himself there are two questions. Re: #37, If you swap in communists for Spanish Inquisition, that is essentially something like %5 of my whole sense of humor. (I mean, they've clearly got adjacent real estate. The Nazis and the communists can both be generalized to Red Fascism, with the actions of both explained as the pursuit of a single simple objective. 'Inevitable Historical Forces' are animistic nature spirits tied to certain perceptions of human nature.)

Hmm... so did Fugaku take a bride from Nekobaa's family then? Being on a trip to visit her mother (Nekobaa to Itachi and Sasuke's generation) could be the explanation for not being there on the night of the massacre.
Of course, that was anime filler, but one of the more interesting ones, like the Isaribi/backstory for Anko one.
