Well, you need to be Chunin and have 25000 ryo to setup a village. However, I've got another Chunin and that just needs another 6000 ryo before he can start one. As soon as I get ther, I'll set it up and post the village here. Any suggestions? I'm kinda partial to the Drunken Village Hidden in the Drunkard's Path...
