		Countdown complete.
It's whoopass time.

...was his hair that long before, or has Negi really achieved Super Mahoujin 3? o.O;

MISORA-CHAN! Um, I mean Mysterious Sister! In fact, it's the entire Ninja Nun Brigade making a surprise cameo!

Best. Nickname. EVER. Jack Rakan has just usurped Lina "Enemy of All Who Live" Inverse's position there.

...holy FRAK that's a big spear.

Um. Yeah. One way or another, this fight's about to be over.

ETA: Also, 228 from Aquastar . The pace is quickening!

You know what the worst part of all this is? Fate has been watching this whole thing! So when Negi goes to use these moves against him, you just know that thelittle bastard's going to have countermoves prepared, so Negi's going to have to come up with something even more over-the-top!

I was only middling impressed with the first installment, but by this point I like it. And next up, the Magic World arc and more asskicking than you can shake

Fortunately we were spared two more Periods of those two lunkheads hitting each other.
Kotaro: lampshade hanging on fourth wall awareness. My head hurts.

Jack's got a heart as big as the moon! As warm as bathwater!

The tournament's over, but the band's not all back together and there's still only one way home -- through the gate Fate's crew will be
guarding. And our heroes don't even know Asuna's missing yet. What will happen next?!

...We'll be waiting two weeks to find out. >.

		...Planning to go back already?
Hold on, Tex, what about Yue?

Fake!Asuna is doing a scary good job, not that she knows it. (Come to think about it, she actually foiled Fate's plan a while back. Oops.)

There we go. Stealth mission, in and out, don't get involved in Fate's plot again. That'll work, sure it will.

And we have contact! Let the misunderstandings begin.

Finally... of course. An order of Pactios for the house, barkeep!

Other shoe: DROP. Unless this is a misconception.

WOW Setsuna's awesome.
Aaaaaaand SMOOCHIE! Woohoo! But... why does that card have a different picture...?

Because it's a different contract. I think.

Right -- the older card is a contract (hypothetical? I can't remember now) with Negi. This is her contract with Konoka.
And no way is Konoka as innocent as she's appearing. Pure-hearted, yes, definitely. Innocent of her effect on Setsuna? No way in hell. Whatever feelings
Setsuna has for Konoka, I'm pretty sure are returned full force.

Well, my point is that every one of Albireo's 12+ "dead" Pactio cards had the exact same picture as his "live" contract with Nagi, andWord Of Ken has said (IIRC) that any Pactio with a given Minister would produce the same artifact and you can only activate one contract at a time in any case.

So this is a touch odd here. We'll have to see what it actually does.

And I'm really hoping they're just wrong about Negi's mom... my money is still on the amnesiac-infantized-Nagi theory.
