Are you going to tell that many combat-trained mages "no", even if they are still unAwakened?

Do you think it's a deliberate shout-out to Ranma?

Okay, who was supposed to be keeping track of the http://www.aquastar-anime.net/]AquaStar releases?

Their takes on 231, 232, 233, 234, and 235 are up, and nobody thought to go check for them...

*raises hand sheepishly* In my defense, 233-235 were all posted today.

While we're going over such things, I should note that the Del Rey translation is up to volume 22. I was very disappointed by 20 and 21, which were made
by a new team that could not even transliterate the Latin correctly -- I'm sorry, Negi's signature spell is NOT "Sagita Magita Seris Lukis!"
-- but 22 has picked up the slack nicely.

Did I say it was him?

Besides, his fight with Rakham showed he can match Lelouch if he puts his mind to it.

Well, my point is that every one of Albireo's 12+ "dead" Pactio cards had the exact same picture as his "live" contract with Nagi,
and Word Of Ken has said (IIRC) that any Pactio with a given Minister would produce the same artifact and you can only activate one contract at a time in any
case.

So this is a touch odd here. We'll have to see what it actually does.

And I'm really hoping they're just wrong about Negi's mom... my money is still on the amnesiac-infantized-Nagi theory.

"This is graveness."
Rackham's backstory makes it more that Nagi has become Anakin Skywalker and Negi is Luke (heck ,the intro of his movies is a shoutout to 20th
Century Fox)...or should it be the other way around?

Rackham?

I'll grant you, it's an interesting take on his name. "Jack Rackham" does sound better than "Jack Rakan," but is it correct?

Eh, it is Rakan.

C'mon,
revelations! Don't hold out on us, Jack!

...Eishun's apprentice?! That's one.

"The founding Aoyama clan"! Hee.

...Oh holy CRAP. The little kid was HIM. No, wait, this is a third little kid? Lurker confused.

This is getting interesting. Interestinger. More... you know!

Have to justify the crossover doujinshi somehow...

Of course we need a third little kid! Somebody has to be Negi's opponent after he defeats his current opposition.

Invited to
a ball! Nothing could possibly go wrong there.

"Truly, the world is unfair..." Truer words were never spoken. Anyone remember the most wanted harem anime stars poster? Smile

...Arika was... wha? Guh? Gaaaaah.

Negi's mom or not, someone needs to die HORRIBLY for that one.

And a blatant inconsistency noted! Yeah, something ain't kosher here.

AND FINALLY SOMEONE NOTICES THE DAMN WORLD MAP. I was really expecting it to be Yue, but she's still offsides...

Another skip week coming. >.

Relax. It's explicitly stated that, if she was Negi's mom -- and people who seem to know the score are at least implying that she was -- then she
couldn't have been ... well, you know.

So my new theory, that Arika became Nekane, is starting to look up.

Well, yeah, that was the blatant inconsistency. Smile But even the frame alone, execution or no, is just nasty.

And the fact that Nagi died 10 years ago and saved Negi 6 years ago is not? Heh.

page nine...Nodoka's all grown up!. If you compare her at the start of the manga.

So..Chao was telling the truth?..what is then? Not a John Carter Mars definitely.

My guess is that Mundus Magicus is Mars, heavily cloaked to make it appear a lifeless desert from orbit (and, presumably, all the probes that actually managed
to land have been enchanted to back up that claim). If Fate's crew succeeds in stripping all the magic from the world (and that seems to be what they want
Asuna for), Mars will be revealed as its true self... and there'll be one hell of a new space race, with Terran governments easily subduing the now
powerless locals. Leading to Chao's future.

Exactly why Cosmoentelechia would want this remains to be seen.

Okay..A full Martian year (revolution around the sun) is the equivalent of 687 earth days..roughly a ratio of 1.88. Call it roughly 2 years.
Now..that would explain some of the time anamolies. If the Nagi went over to the Magical world when either the A-bomb deployed or H-bomb was tested (I'd
say the 50's when the H-bomb was tested). Arika was supposedly executed 18 years ago (Martian or Terran?). If its Martian, that would had been 9-10
terrestial years ago. Around the time that Negi was born. So, Arika's death was faked and the Nagi and her relocated to earth. So what would Asuna's
true age be?
