I...didn't find this disturbing at all. Quite understandable, really.

Okay, that sounded bad. I can explain.

I used to make bears. The traditional type with jointed limbs, glass eyes, and felt pads. And...see, throughout the
creation process, you're dealing with inside-out material. You can't sew through fur, right? All the hair gets in the way. So you flip everything
around and sew through the fabric backing on the other side. Thus you spend hours looking at...essentially what you see on that page. It's only after
everything's pretty much done done that you invert all the pieces and stuff the bear.

In fact, I've got a floppy entirely unstuffed inside-out bear lying around somewhere - I never finished the last one I worked on. Ran out of stuffing and
eyes. Poor little guy. =P

The funniest ones are those with mechanical bits that end up making them look like fuzzy borg :-)
