What it looks like is an endoscopy, video via optical fiber of something inside someone's body. I suspect this is a hoax.

The straight sewer line and the cracks in the walls that those things are growing out of suggest that it isn't a body, hoax or no.

People on the net are claiming these things are photosensitive bryozoan colonies of some kind...

ETA: Expert testimony here: not
bryozoans but tubifex worms.

It's late, I can't remember who said it, and I'm sure I'm butchering the quote. But the basic idea is there. I mean we have found bacteria in
ice bubbles that are living off of the phosphates that trickle down into their cold dark world. I'm not all that surprised that something has moved into an
otherwise unoccupied territory.

All that said. I fairly sure that these images will feature heavily in my dreams.
