Turbotax Intallation Problems

I'm having a problem intalling the new 2010 Turbo tax. Turbo tax had a workaround..tried it and no go. Just thought I'd tell you guys this. I think I'll swap it out for H&R block tomorrow.

I used to do tech and customer support for Turbo Tax. I can't guarantee that my knowledge/memory will apply here, but can you tell me what you're seeing? I might be able to help.

past problems with turbo tax I had to resolve myself with TT point to the .NET runtime version. make sure you have exactly the right version installed.

Like Cathy said, it's the Net version problem. I got windows xp pro service pack 3, the net framework is 2.0 sp2, 3.0 sp2 amd 3.5 sp1. sp=service pack
